I have a chance to switch to Target and I've been hearing good things but I don't want to make the final decision until I have a bit more feedback from people who actually work there. I'm guessing if I'm going to get an honest answer anywhere, it's going to be here.

All jobs except management are part, and your hours could be anywhere between 0 and 39.5 hours. Also, NO benefits for part-timers.
