Remember the time when this company at least attempted to treat us right? Because even that is no longer true. We’ve come to a point where we are “rewarded” with slap in the face bonuses and little to no raises. We are given metrics that are impossible to meet and managers who live on micromanaging us to death. And they expect us to be grateful to have a job???

They probably never will be since the profit taking has been done and they have been spun off and Lumen whom Jeff Storey is in Charge of already cashed those checks.
They may have done it at Centurylink, but unlike Global Crossing they have not been caught.
Qwest on the other hand had Nacchio who dealt with Global Crossing and was also convicted of his own transgressions of Insider Trading.

This company now is lead by greedy executives who value their life over yours! Stay classy Centurystink! Just make sure you get your healthy bonus every year as you are the most important asset the company has! Right!

very true ... got worse with every name change !! is west was a great company to work for (but lots of pork) ... probably the modern day equivalent to working for big tech ... and let's hope they face a similar fate ... because they are even more corrupt !

US "Worst" treated employees great. Nice raise every year, great benefits, fat dividend on the stock. Dinner vouchers for working 10 hours. One of the first companies to get into high speed internet and cell service. Then came Qwest and its been getting worse with every name change.
I think that goes back to my Qwest days......

Company is a mess internally. Constant change and managers elevated strictly due to the peter principle/tenure with zero people skills. What was once a company built on actual values and Unifying Principles is now being toppled by greed, greed, greed.
That company just wants people to leave. Trust me, people are leaving in droves! It’s not a good company and they know it too! Nobody deserves to get cheated by employers who don’t care about your well being. For what a dead end job?! Next...
