Why or how certain individuals who have been in their local team/unit are being chosen to work for other teams under new CSL’s? Is it high performance and earners?

The people making these decisions do not know or care how “we all worked well together” or “this person was good at their job”. We are all numbers on a spreadsheet and expenses for Allstate. EVERYTHING is about the bottom line. I’m sure they have an algorithm to determine who to cut based on expenses for this person and how to keep the ship sailing with a skeleton crew. Doesn’t matter if an employee is incompetent or not a team player, all that matters is COST. This is also why this is going to tank because the want to be the cheapest, sh–tiest company but don’t have the rates to match the sh– level of service. Once they do all the undesirable insureds will start signing on and Allstate does not have the staff or culture to deal with the level of fraud these insured bring with them. This company is trying to fight a war with no soldiers no multiple fronts at the same time, we all know how that goes
We have one person leaving from our unit and they have no clue why they were chosen to leave and continue with a new CSL. This person is actually not a bad employee and some others who are not doing as well stayed with our group. I guess it’s just about numbers.
My leader is cut and we had the best customer sat results of the office... we also worked great as a team.. we are being split up..5 of us going to a leader in a different state...two others going to different leaders..we have experience ha doing multi states and no idea if we will still be handling those states or learning new ones... makes no sense at all
All of the auto CSl's in the Phoenix area were on the RIF list. I believe one CSL in Utah and one in Nevada were kept. All the remaining auto adjusters will be split up amongst the remaining leaders? If someone knows please respond.
You are a worker bee. You do not need to know the answer just get to work and keep quiet. We know best. This is what upper managers are thinking and acting upon. Total brainwash cra$p This style of management has been the lifeblood of Allstate for over 25 years. It’s a mental illness. They are narcissists. Allstate needs a new CEO desperately for life to get better for all there. And EB , and GS CB and MP need to go away. They are the many heads of this snake.
Take a look at some of the high performing SIU employees let go as opposed to many that were chosen to remain that were incompetent (at their job) low performers and it is truly shows this was not about actual performance but cost saving measures that will ultimately cost productivity and investigation quality. This is an example of poor leadership from the rear, so typical with upper Allstate management that made these horrendous decisions
I wondered the thought process myself. My team was broke.ln up completely.
Some stood with In-state CSL’s and some went to out of state leaders.
I was in a unit that worked well together and got along. Great numbers. My former CSL is one of the best. He will have all new employees. Not sure who is making these decisions but pretty sure it’s the same out of touch folks making all the other decisions
I would’ve chosen to be on a new team but I didn’t get the chance to volunteer!
No clue but I know some folks that would love to be under a new team lead. Some quote on quote leaders are just bad.
