@umj+17IAFyHU: Normal was supposed to be 3%. Don’t think you’ve seen any valid document stating the 2021 %. That decision won’t even made until 2021.

I have seen a presentation that in 2021 NSI will return to the normal of 5%
There is no indication of next year’s percentages - atleast not that was communicated. Stop speculating.
