Yesterday I saw numerous people that hadn’t been on site since March, packing up their offices, turning in their badges, and walking out with bags and boxes in hand. And I fear this is just the beginning. :( My heart goes out to them and their families. Wishing them the best.

Look at the CSR section heads and other leads selected by the scheming directors, manager and VP – some of the worthless piece of 5hit on this planet are section heads in Clinton for being the yes men. Polymers, Materials, Computation, Data Science, Biofuels, you name it – some of the worst people collected in a 5ewer.
In the mean time - last day at the Clinton site for many was life-changing.

The leadership does not value scientific contribution and quality/impact of work. Instead, they value behavioral skills, i.e. they do not use objective standards, they use subjective standards so that when they say you are good, you are good; when they say you are bad, you are bad.
Good riddance! Finally EM can make money.

@1dtd+17HLh6gS The best ones retired years ago. The new ones are immature, unprofessional and don't understand both leadership and technology. When the few remaining technically strong and talented senior people retire, there will be nothing left. If this is replicated in the business units, the company will go downhill even faster.

The nepotism continues in addition to the brown nosers and a—kissers.
It really is awful to arrive at your office and see those boxes outside the door. After X years of service, they give you the impression that they can’t get rid of you fast enough - just booted off site. The longer you have worked for the company, the more humiliating it feels. However, to go through the PIP hell (making it easier for the ones who stay), only to find out you haven’t succeeded - that really hurts. I know.
Does anyone know approximately how many people have left Clinton, due to the NSI lay-off sham ?
I took the PIL option, but was booted off of the network on July 28 and handed back everything a week later. Because of this, I haven’t been able to contact many people to see how they’re doing and I have no idea who’s leaving.
I’m sure that a lot of good people have been affected while the brown nosers and sycophants kept their jobs.
Yes i saw a few people actually crying uncontrollably. It really broke my heart to see so many excellent talented employees actually in tears. Sad.
