Yeah. The same thing they presented to everyone yesterday.
Redundancies will be communicated dec 1-15.
Age 52+ employees will not be targeted.
You will be automatically vested in your 401k match.
401k match will be deferred, I’m guessing, all of next year.
For those laid off, you will be expected to hang around for a few months for job handover.
Severance pkgs will be available.
The 1900 in the US will be above site positions.
Site staff is being looked at for efficiencies wrt HW3 and TMTS.
