I thought that we stopped the insights discussions this year. I just got an insights meeting invitation. Just curious if this is company wide or specific to my group.

I'm at the Ocotillo site and we had never stopped the Insights reviews. I had it in July and we have it in Nov. I'm curious if this is really different from the old focal process and if the forced distribution has truly gone away.
I never got the Kleenex box - I got called at 7.00AM early April for a meeting with manager "before passdown". When the area manager and the HR walked in with him (it was 7AM) I needed no explanation. 20 mins later I was in front of the building, with a 1-800 number at hand and nothing else left to show for 5 years of day and night effort. Taught me a great lesson. No unexpected meeting could be good.
I retired in 2016 so I recall BUM meetings but not any “Insights” meeting. Just remember the protocol — if any meeting is a surprise and you end up in front of a room with a manager, an HR rep, and a Kleenex box .... run!
Yep...they cancelled the "mid-year" one (around July?) but the one for November is still on
