Today they announced layoffs for only the non-represented staff. Has anyone heard anything about the plan for Represented employees? Timeline on when to expect it?

I doubt represented staff are at risk since they do actual work that makes the company money.
No wage employees are at risk. This is primarily a Spring Campus and Hughes Landing thing.
Shutdown units due to demand and claim a surplus of represented employees and lay off was what i was thinking, but then announced a new hire class (represented) for 1Q21. idk now
They are not telling everyone everything. Guarantee I’m the end the number will be far greater than 14,000. That is a joke.
I think I read in one of the share point FAQs that represented employees won’t be affected because there isn’t a surplus of them. There isn’t a redundant amount of jobs. Speaking from experience, the Clinton site CBAs are a skeleton crew as it is. Management has been trying to convince the senior guys to stay on longer so they don’t lose that skill and experience.
