China is on it's way to being a controlling superpower. It's going to be there way or you're out of business. The world even depend on them for PPE. It's pathetic.
All of the H1Bs I have seen are awful. One of the primary reasons behind Nokia’s continuous failure.

Of course, more layoffs coming very soon. Nokia lost out a major customer that provided Billions in revenue each year. Definitely, there will layoffs in USA (and perhaps France/Germany). They are going to hire in low cost regions like Poland with young people. They have about 8000 direct employees working in USA. I wouldn't be surprised it they cut about half of them (of course keeping all the H1Bs around - let's face it, H1Bs are smarter and do a lot of the work compare to an old timer - that's the truth and you know it).
I know, I'm going to get whacked with all the negative ratings but that's because I'm just being honest and you have a difficult time accepting it.
