Sadly they got rid of a bunch already who were not afraid to say that won’t work. It has become a place of bullies!!! Integrity, dedication, knowledge and ethics do not matter anymore... it is all about how you communicate and if you run ONE person wrong then you are gone!!!!!
I second all of the above except the one As* hat that said "intelligence." Anyone that has worked at EM longer than 6 months knows that's not true. There are tons of id–ts here that probably can't pump their own gas. Keep holding the handrail, I'm out!

They love people with expressive personalities and dislike people that have a driver type personality. This company needs more driver and analytical personalities to stay going. Get rid of the amiable and expressive personalities if you want this company to survive. We need more people that aren’t afraid to tell the management when they implement something that is stupid instead of yes men that do whatever they are told regardless if it doesn’t make sense.
