Tired of making excuses for Allstate to the customer on why there is no communication between Allstate Auto and the GHRN SHOP. I'm leaving at end year and glad to separate from this mess.

It is a mess. I found a work around by declaring an event and they made me stop using it. The powers that be apparently don’t care. When a VTA is finally assigned and gets ACV it goes to Pune who do nothing but screw up claims.
WOW! I remember when t/l had a 24 hour turn around. The poor customers. We all knew when t/l and dispatch started going to India, everything would go downhill. Nice job Shapiro and Brandt!
I just told an insured, yes I know it's been 21 days already. It usually takes 33 days. So, another 2 weeks and you'll know something.
Another example of Transformative Customer Service at work. Current leadership needs to pull their heads out and get a grip on customer service soon. Employees are giving up on the chaos customers will too.
