I would assume the list of employees to be laid off is shared down the management ranks at this point. How far down do you think this information has been cascaded? No lower than department heads? Or down to manager/supervisor levels? Any managers/supervisors on this board already know who on their team is going to be laid off?

Be kind to your supervisors and managers because in the next few days, they are the ultimate deciders. Just like in ranking again. They have numbers they need to cut, they just need to decide who. Who do you think should be cut in your respective buckets. You know.
Good to know that the BTC is interviewing for new positions to allow more work to be outsourced to India.
No denial, but no one knows the list. Information isn't spilling out, this is on a very tight lid. It's all speculating at this point butt munchers.
I am hearing 25% by year end, and another 35% by end of 2021 in site engineering. So, I don’t think this is a troll. People are trying to share valid info, but some of you are still in denial. The cuts are gonna be drastic in the US. You will here it over the next few days or weeks.
The mo–n is just trolling. They don't have any info
Which group? (for 40%)
Troll
I was just told my reduction targets for my team by my DH. No names, not a list, no clear implementation timing. Not good though - 40% less in my group. I'm going to be sick. (US site)
Based on the timing (60 days before end of year) it's probably safe to assume a decent number will be pushed out by New Years so they don't accumulate another year of vacation benefits.
So much innovation! Great job!!!
It's pretty clear from Europe. No FLCIT positions outside of Budapest. That translates to no FLCIT position in the Americas outside of Curitiba, no CIT outside of Curitiba, no FI position outside of Buenos Aires.
Only CX left, and touchpoints to an array of MSP
Supervisors don’t know yet.
And when will the second round be off payroll?
@1vkx+17Dtru16: NSIs will be gone by 11/1 under the first phase of the cuts. All NIs and many Goods will be on the upcoming list.
Everyone who was informed of being NSI and NI knows that they are on the list
There is no list ... the only list are rumors flying around on this board
Sorry to break your hearts but, ask SeaRiver. The axe has already fallen and IT already has the list on who gets their IDs deactivated immediately. Remember IT is under HCL now and they are ready to pull the plug. What the heck happened to letting employees leave with dignity? Completely disrespectful!
The GBC folks will get the list as a DW Halloween trick or treat on Saturday
If it’s similar to Europe, the only information we will be receiving in the short term will be the # of people per business function that will need to be laid off. It could takes multiple months before they decide on which people will be cut after they know how many need to be cut.
I don't think they'll release to second lines or even department heads until after the board meeting, whenever that is. If the earnings call is Friday, I think that the emails will be at the same time as the call
The bandaid just needs to get ripped off. The company is a hairy mess right now, and that doesn't help bandaids.......lol
Unlikely, unless it’s contractors
Supervisors will not be notified until after.
