What does 3/3/0 or 2/2/2 mean in the context of package discussion? I saw a few people asked but didn't see explanation (or I probably missed it)

Don’t forget in any case it would be up to a maximum of 52 weeks IF in the unlikely event it is a -/-/2. Australia was capped at 52 weeks and likely way more generous than what US will get.
2-2-2
2 years added to your age
2 years added to years of service
2 weeks/years of service in severance pay
The years added for age and service are used in determining retirement eligibility as well as pension calculation.
Wow, if you are 58, you will be treated as if you are 60.
If you have 30 years of service, you will be treated as if you have 32.
If you have 30 years of service, you will be paid 30 weeks of pay to leave
Huh??
So breakdown the 2/2/2 ?
2 = years of age ????
2= years of service ????
2 = weeks of pay for years of service
Your answer does not make sense.
Can someone who knows what this means explain please?
+years of age / +years of service / weeks of pay for every year of service
