What the heck is ASAP?
Any update? Someone has had to have heard something!
I definitely don’t want to personally move to more of a CSR role. As an underwriter we spoke to agents directly.. if that is the case, then I’ll have a tough decision to make to leave or stay and do that new role.
CCC Hudson is coming. Those let go in ASIC and RMBC as part of consolidation of those two areas will be offered the opportunity to apply for and continue their careers in the new Hudson CSR roles.

ASAP here too and glad we’re finally being told. They told us this back in September and we’ve been hanging by a thread, waiting for our day and it’s finally here (tomorrow)
I'm in ASIC. Praying that layoffs are light for all departments this week that will be affected. My hope is I don't get laid off until at least 2022. By that time there will be a vaccine and I think the virus will have slowed down. I really don't feel like looking for a new job in the middle of a pandemic
Job posted for CSR call center position in Hudson for in office call center setting. I’ve been at Allstate for 4 or 5 years now and don’t recall there being CSR positions. Are they starting the new vision of “One Allstate” by having those of us (ASIC, ASAP, RMBC and more) switch over to customer help!? Or have I just been oblivious to a call center in Hudson...
Also, I hope they tell us this week- and not just make decisions and hand out assessments........ I feel like no one knew what the new vision will look like before now.... I would rather just know off the bat. Are we all safe?? I’m praying for everyone in the Hudson campus...
