Changes in compensation are incoming, and the rumor mill is churning. Not sure what the changes are, as nothing positive or negative has been released, but after being fined again any change cannot be good.

I don’t think the lay offs will be this calendar year. My thoughts are they will wait until right before bonus time (February/March timeframe). They do not want to pay out on bonuses, and will either cut a few thousand people (and bring in more TCS contractors from India) or just make the bonus damn bear impossible to obtain for anyone.
