Closing the Leadership Center a big mistake ! The Leadership Center is and still is critical to Boeing's success. Unfortunately not to many of the "Low-skilled/shop floor people" are capable of appreciating this and I am sure I will be shouted down by the Union drones with their inarticulate blue collar nonsensical snipes. The 787 and 737 Max are great examples of the leadership taught at the Leadership Center. The savings from these programs are significant for the shareholders thanks to management and the training they received at the Leadership Center. If anyone thinks they can do better, I challenge you to start your own big bloated blundering byzantine bureaucratic dysfunctional aircraft manufacturing company ..... and let me know how you do !!!!!!!!!
