I’m a customer and we’re just about to submit our disconnect. We’ve been a long time Windstream customer and it’s hard untangling everything.

I am the IT director for an architectural firm. I just installed SD-WAN with AT&T and VeloCloud to be sure we will be able to put in our notice and avoid any extra bother from them. They actually called me the other day to tell me my Internet was down. I laughed and said fit it whenever, because we aren't even using it anymore. F Windstream. Horrible ISP.

Yeah, none of the vendors will come in for repairs or preventative maintenance in the central offices. Generators are on their last leg, batteries are swollen and leaking, every hvac in alarm, fire suppression panels are in alarm, failed rectifiers all over the place. I have never seen anything like this, the backbone is being held together by duct tape.

The devil is in the details. Take a look at their track record for all of those agent sales channels that got screwed. I wouldn't partner with WIN right now.
