Vacation and sick time policies will remain the same, until Gainwell makes their own policy. Since they don't want to tell us now, I can only assume the worst as has been the pattern with this chain of company changes. I fear we will lose accumulated sick time. Also, we have no idea about WFR package.

The only thing I see that’s slightly better is the 401k choices appear more diverse. Other than that there is nothing in this new company that’s better than. DXC. Big fail on their part.
A lot of goodwill could be created by some real improvement in healthcare coverage, at least to reverse one of the recent annual erosions we've seen. Every year it's been some new kick in the head, like a higher copay or combining deductibles into a family one. Or a crummy network. But I'm not holding my breath. At least keep it similar instead of worsening.
I didn't mean to imply that WFRs are happening in the near future...but someday.
We will definitely not be keeping the flexible vacation. Probably your standard 2 weeks. Are you positive WFR is happening?
And I see the rules and terms of the Gainwell 401(k) plan are identical to DXC's, as I was hoping for a better match than 3%, or the nonsense with your name having to be on payroll on the date of 12/31 to receive the match in the following month of January for the previous year. And we had better not loose vacation time, holiday's, etc. The employees need to see steps forward.
