This was supposed to be at all levels. Has anyone heard of anyone at officer or director or SM level being cut? Or at the executive level?

I do believe that 12 of the 14 regional field SVP were cut and all the regional FVP's were cut, there weren't many left as several left the company already.
Several field VP’s were cut.
Honestly, they could cut 50% of the VP/SVP level and nothing of value would be lost.
Competitive wages.
Since Glenn came in many VP's have left and jobs combined, it was done very quietly and several said "left to pursue other opportunities" but they didn't start a new job for 6 months later, I think the other opportunities were to do some interior house painting.
In retrospect we should have seen this coming with what was going on at the VP level

I’ve heard of atleast two officers let go and several demoted. I’m not crying for them, they’ll be well taken care of, but just sharing facts

Not nearly enough of them. They are the biggest problem with this company. Get rid the top 10% of worthless incompetent trash at the top and you have millions of dollars saved, loads of dead weight lifted off this company. We can only hope that they are replaced with more competent worthy people of course at a lower more reasonable pay (no one in this company is worth more than $500,000 a year I don't care who you are or think you are, looking at you Tommy and Glenno) and whose souls are not complete and utter dog sh!t and whose egos are not out of control. That there would have been the way to go if we are serious about "Transformative Growth".
