I saw earlier response (way down there) saying the reduction goal currently is 10% ('Decimating') for MPT. Or at least PT.
Decimation. It's an old Latiny Roman term for chopping the heads of/off 10%.
Some might have thought: - 'that's what's done to the Enemy captured and civilians.'
But No - that was what was done to 'low-performing' Roman legions. Their own.
All this talk of packages dream-stuff.
The 'performance' pipping out in the US had sufficient success.
Fine-tuned, there will is a new style applying now in EM globally.
Just slight refinement of:
"Never liked that gal - and that guy used my salad dressing."
EM is now past Decimation style with training of your replacements - this ended 1Q2020.
The pip Decimation in US... virtually unannounced and any job handover was simply a pile of heads and hands.
10 by 10 by 10 by 10 - which EM considers the right dividend.
Now - you can Decimate again and again.
And by basic Euclidean geometry we're told: You'll never eliminate the last employee.
Try to be that gal.
