Who in their right mind would think that a new logo could change the outlook of a company that is on a fast downhill track? We’ve still got the same outdated/useless systems that half the time aren’t working. We are being overworked without any compensation. Customers are irate because we are not providing proper services that they are paying for. Does this company actually think that just because you put lipstick and a dress on a pig that it is anything other than a pig?

'Start of a new era'....Pulease............... Remember when TT and Gboy said we were going to win the lawsuit without a doubt?? Why would ANYONE believe any words coming out of their mouths now or in the future? Just pointing out the obvious. Off to my WOW meeting to discuss how we can get a woman CEO in place.

Why didn't we just change the name to Kinetic since we were already using the logo? Customers are still going to hate us because we cant provide the service we promised them and they wait a long time to get service. Sometimes a year. Yes a YEAR. We do not have a good relationship with our customers but in most places they don't have a choice to go anywhere else so they are stuck with us and our sh–ty service. Maybe someone in charge will get their eyes opened and place some different managers in charge that can make something happen for the customers benefit.
