ASAP got a major announcement today that starting 10/12, due to transformative growth, agents are being cut off from submitting concerns and have to go through asic. However we’ve had 400 concerns already this week that ARE JUST AGENCY CONCERNS yet they want to lay us off....

No one has told ASIC about ASAP.....sorry to hear this. So many good employees and friends are being cut. Heart wrenching. Plus ASIC is being hit too and we cannot do anything to help agents with ASAP concerns. What are the agents going to do now?
ASAP got the big announcement yesterday and we are told not to communicate with anyone. Agents will be told next week. ASIC ask your leaders about this because who knows when they will decide you’re worthy of this information
Has anyone told asic about this or is asap just assuming? We are getting reduced ourselves. Assessments for reps and leaders being done. As someone else said no way we can take on asap work with our cuts. Probably will not be enough of us left to handle our already increasing call volumes. Anyone who is making these poor layoff decisions even know what is going on with this company?

Well maybe our leadership in ASIC will need to form their own tree to send agents elsewhere because we can't handle ASAP matters.
Oh they will have a new tree to go by and everything! Transformative growth right! Their channels are literally being taken away and we will be hard re directing them until most of us get the laid off email!
Most of ASIC have just gotten assessments and we are having layoffs as well. So not sure who seems to think that with reductions here how we are going to take on concerns that we are not trained to handle and had to send to ASAP ourselves because we could not handle due to knowledge and access limitations. They also got rid of other agency concern areas as well so no where for us to send. Sorry agents but you are on your own.
