Found out I was safe two weeks ago. I’m more nervous and afraid. I can’t sleep at night. I’m worried about losing my job next year and I just got a job offer for another company. I’m not sure what to do. I’m up worrying about stuff I can’t control.

If you have another job with another company TAKE IT! This is the first round of major lay-offs don't wait to go through the stress of waiting for the next one!

Good thinking. No job is worth the loss of sleep or taking a toll on my mental health. I’m paid too little and work to hard to worry. As much as I’d rather not get laid off, at the end of the day it’s just a job.

Well this is easy. If you got another job offer, take it! This is just the first set of layoffs, when NG merge next year, there will be layoffs again. As I understand, there are layoffs planned throughout 2021. No Brainerd, we need stability. The first opportunity, I am out. I dont like the way this was handled and they are not done. Get out now!!
