Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Can this be done?

Can the entire C-suite be replaced? Every single good-for-nothing "leader" replaced with somebody who actually knows a thing or two about the industry and how to lead a company of this size? How long do we have to suffer through bad decision after bad decision? When will they be held accountable for what they did to us?

IF my of you had the balls to go to the shareholders meeting and utter 10% of what you say here, maybe the board would take you into consideration.
So many cowards at Exxon: from the ones at the top hiding from the troops, to the retired in place milking every last drop, to the ones clutching their pearls and hiding in plain sight scared to death to speak truth to power.
The golden handcuffs are a state of mind - the trade off for dignity and courage.
With all of you, Exxon is doomed.

c-suite also stands to lose a lot more from a dividend cut than a 401k match cut. coincidence?

A bit ironic that we are expecting the leaders whose bad decisions got us into this mess to get us out.

Start with the very top and things will improve.. dividends to help those in need.. how silly.. just think of which employee will benefit from draining our cash position through dividends.. those individuals are leading us during this crisis.. actions speak for themselves
