Forgot about the "Tom Brady" reference! This is more akin to Ryan Leaf-highly touted, highly paid, and the end result being one of the biggest busts in NFL history. But hey, at least the activist investor (who is no longer on the board) made millions, and the execs continue to make their millions in salary and bonuses while the ship sinks. What an absolute scam.

I find it really hilarious they they consider Jeff S as the Tom Brady of Telecom? Um, didn’t. Tom Brady at least win on occasion? This CEO hasn’t done anything for the company except cut hundreds of qualified professionals who basically set the entire stage for Telecom. What a joke the leaders of this company are. A bunch of sneaky, selfish unbelievably corrupt swindlers! Thank god I don’t have to listen to their nonsense anymore! See ya Centurystink!
The name change is a desperate attempt by a desperate company trying to stay relevant. The lack of leadership at all levels is apparent to every employee. I’ve been hearing the same things for the last 20 years. “Just a little more time and we will come out on top”. I’m not sure things will ever get better.
Seriously - just make the announcements already. I know my group is getting cut by about 60%, but now I'm hearing they may hold the announcement until next week. I've accepted the decision that I'm likely out, but I don't want to stress about it over the weekend. Just tell us on Friday and rip the bandaid off.
Over the years I have had some really great co workers, some good managers and some managers that lied about everything. I think that is everywhere you go.
Right now I think we are all sick of feeling like we are all going to get fired. It literally keeps me up at night and has completely affected my personal life.
Hope that they quit laying people off or I can find something more stable.
