For all of us who are safe we were taught a valuable lesson....
Do not be naive in the future and do not buy the hype..
We are viewed as no more than an expense that needs to be cut whenever possible and wherever possible.
The only employee that “deserves” and will receive job security are those at the highest paid positions.
You are expected to give this corporation your full loyalty and effort but should expect and will receive none in return.
Remember all of these things when you are asked to “bleed Allstate.”, sacrifice for the company, work ungodly hours, do all of your charitable giving and time in the name of Allstate so the corporation can get credit....
Put your health and your families first. This company does not care about us in the least.
This is now just a job...nothing more....
A place to be until I find something better and for the first time in my 10 year career I am actively looking...and will leave even if I need to take a slight pay cut....
Knowing what I’d coming...praying that it is soon...
Don’t buy the hype...
Lesson learned...
