The quote "Over the past year, CEO Mike Salvino has recruited new IT services industry leaders who bring formidable experience" is simply laughable. None of these people are industry leaders. Salvino has had a whole year and all he's done is pack the company with additional layers of executive management, while ditching technical delivery staff. The guy is a tinpot dictator, appointing his friends and insulting anyone who expresses concern.
DXC is three years old and a new version is already required...hmmm.

Noticed Ed is gone. Cant make out what happened to Eugene and the Mobility/Workplace lady. Are they still there?
Wow, all new leadership team from Accenture. Even the new corporate color scheme is purple like Accenture. Maybe the long term plan is to get bought over by Accenture :-)
Get rid of people managers , all one needs is a functional managers. T
Waste of time changing at the top bringing his chums from Accenture, come on Mike bring change further down, get rid of various layers of ineffectual management and procedures, also get management to needing to reapply for their jobs every 2 years - have 360 feedback in this process and get rid of managers that are loathed by their staff. Invest more in keeping employees at coal face employed, invest in their carears and give them decent pay rises.
