I will care as much as you care for me. You can do the math

In a bizarre twist of irony, I find myself caring MORE about the customers (insureds) over the next 60-days, but much, much less about the company. I’ve always cared about the customer, which got me promotions, which earned me merit increases, which got me fired. More irony, LOL
Expect for your severance that was offered. Or you just made yourself a bigger a$$ if you actually get another position within this company. I’ve been here through 5 different cuts within claims. This is one of the biggest. Some of the best and hardest working employees got let go today. Between realizing we were forced to signed the arbitration agreement and seeing where we are at today. They knew this was happening a long time ago. Not very transparent like the uppers claim they are being.
Right but you do
Don't hold back, next zoom call make your position clear. You have nothing to lose, right?
