Noticed an extreme increase with management using V&V findings to trigger NLIs & FRCS for a lot of minor things here lately. Any other sites starting using the LPS system for a discipline/documentation tool other than Baytown? It’s getting quite ridiculous.

LI and NLI was created to assign blame.
Some individuals in BR think they can use it to move ahead, but it will backfire.

They probably received feedback from the first round of PIPs that the reasons they used to bucket people were pretty sh–. Now, those same c-appy managers are thinking that this will make new PIPs justifiable... as if being labeled a poor performer for not following step 3 of the getting supplies from the supply closet JLA is a good reason
The back of the form....where they want you to land on the FRCS is all about holding an individual responsible....not a good look to have too many of them.
Still awaiting the FRCS on losing money 2Qs in a row.....
