Pay for Parking?

What is this I hear about putting a new policy in place to have to pay for parking at the Spring office? WTH? If this is a stunt to get people to quit prior to being furloughed or laid off, it’s not funny!

Do we have any new tenants lined up? I hear we’re going to be consolidating to a couple of floors and removing offices. Open concept cubes coming in 2021. No more 💨 in your private offices. This would indicate we’re saving space for another company or three.

You are correct. The survey monkey is from landlord and not SWN. Read it carefully. Why did the landlord get our work emails. Did IT protocol get breached. What gives?

I’m sure the owners are in need of revenue too. I say in these times of crisis, everybody needs to take a haircut, the building owners included! I had a pay decrease in July so I can’t afford it. Also, raising the prices in the Market I hear. Especially hard since it’s pumpkin spice SZN.

Paying for parking - I thought SWN sold the buildings in 2019, so if true this is probably a move by the owners and not some malfeasance by SWN upper management

Who got the survey monkey on what a “fair” price to park would be per day, or a monthly contract rate. I thought $75 per month was fair - which also comes with a complimentary egg Frittata on Friday mornings if you arrive before 7:30. Innovative thinking there!
