If/when we're laid off, will we have to train those that are left behind to do the tasks we used to do?

How about we train them poorly so that they would be forced to call us back (;

Is there paperwork they give us?
I knew someone whose position was RIFed last year and his paperwork said he didn't have to do that.
Just wondering what fresh hell loophole they found to change the process now.
We were told that we are expected to work fully our 60 days and cooperate with any training or transfer of work for those 60 days in order to receive our severance. Refusal or uncooperative acts may result in termination for cause or voluntary resignation. This is what was demanded and expected of us.
