Weeks and month ago it would have been chastised and mocked here. After what I have heard the last few days from leads in claims the numbers being cut us shocking and just awful. The number of claims leaders let go the last few days should also be an indication of what the next 48 hours will bring. The next few days will be just sad and ugly for our claims partners. Customer self claims service and overseas claims adjusting and handling is now the new focus and new norm of this company. Good thoughts and best wishes to all that will be impacted. :(

I wasn't told not to tell anyone that I was let go. What's the big secret anyway? How does me being terminated effect anyone else? They will either get terminated or, they wont
WELL.. IN MY MCO.. SOME LEADER TOLD THE WRONG PERSON SO WE ALL KNOW 5 CLS"S WERE CUT... WENT AROUND IN A TEXT YESTERDAY.. SO OREGON MCO DONT TRUST THE ASSHATS YOUR KEEPNG THEY DONT KEEP SECRETS!! THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO KEEP? id–tS! I HOPE I AM GONE BECAUSE IF NOT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AND WILL LEAVE SOON.. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!
