BOD is reviewing a plan to move X number of Spring staff to part time or furlough until year end when new leadership team will determine who stays and goes with MR staff blending into new org. This gets around more “layoffs” for now but....

Go with part time if the income is higher than furlough. At least you will still have a job...hearing from allot of people in the industry that it is looking rough out there and it aint gonna get better til the covid is gone

I have laid awake at night the last 2 days thinking about this. There are not a lot of good paying jobs here in PA and I am thankful SWN kept me on for the last 6 years. I hope I am not asked to pick one. I give my best each day. Thanks for listening. Now I can sleep.
Got an email from my supervisor that I need to decide by 10/1 either part time or furlough. Short notice. What is everybody doing that got this notice?
I would gladly take a furlough. I am in a dead end role and literally done nothing for 4 months now. Well not true. Had 3 job interviews a one of those was a job offer but pay was sub-par. So cash the check again and again
