This means nothing without a growth plan

The restructuring would be more credible if it also included a growth plan, i.e., cutting costs so that the company is in a stronger position to generate revenue as it had in its glory days. Without this, layoffs will continue to mitigate the impact on the bottom line, as the top line continues to diminish. That is, the company would be playing a zero-sum game, barely keeping its head above water, until it finally sinks.

If that is prep for a sale - who is the buyer and what exactly is he after? The cow still has some milk left, but def not enough for all of us. TD is not 20B company. Sell what's on the truck or sell the truck
