All Claims Call at 11 CT. Anyone else freaking out?

There’s a good chance that you won’t even be in the same role if they keep you. If I can’t continue to do what I’m doing and/or stay under the same lead, or department then please, just lay me off.
Not sure which is better getting laid off and getting severance and then moving on to do new things or staying and having to do more work for probably no raise

Dunno about ignoring it, my manager is making sure their team is not missing the call for any reason.
It's in claims News, some of us delete those emails, the meeting is at 11 central via AllstateTV. No other info, leaders are asking employees to stay positive and focus.
It’s all claims, so literally everyone in the claims dept. 90% chance it’s some dumb c-ap about “giving month” or someone retiring, or other useless drivel that should have been an email
