Sperry software should move to Singapore to make it more efficient. The team here is completely useless. their code is inefficient, and the team is just plain lazy.

Its amazing how these software developers hold themselves in such high regard compared to everyone else that works in the industry yet they pull dumb sh– like this. Guess their true intelligence shows up here!

This is the same dumb a– software developer who posts here every week thinking posting hateful remarks about sperry software is somehow going to get the managers that he once called bosses fired. Just get an ex wife, or husband, so you can find something worth really b–ching about.
I don’t really understand why anyone in the software groups at hal sticks around. Those skills should transfer instantly somewhere else. Does hall hire sub par people so they don’t have a choice? Quit complaining and get a New job, it’s really simple!
Do not foget the willingness to work always! You Americans with your weekend and families and sporting games. Learn you have a responsibility to earn as much money as possible for the privilege of working for the company. That is why your job is gone.
American companies outsourced millions of American IT and Manufacturing jobs to India and China because the skills are similar while the wages are much lower. Cheap labor is the name of the game.
I was in Singapore last year and it's full of Indians as well.
The manager for this group is an Indian what do you expect. If it was up to him he would outsource the entire group to India. He is clearly biased. Its time for a more neutral manager.
That explains why Sperry is not innovating anymore. Outsourcing to India is the same thing Landmark did. Look where Landmark is now. They have lost all their good people.
