If anyone questions his behavior a hit will be out on them- at least as long as the Don can keep the shareholders fooled long enough. The minute that fails the Don gets whacked and a new regime is installed by the Hedge Fund Families. This will continue until the Feds get involved and bust up the party with a RICO investigation/regulatory action. And even then eventually the stink of the underworld will rise again, you can't stamp them out for good!! Like any good Mafia Family NS steals from all except they use lawyers and white collars as their muscle. The few get enriched on the Board and Hedge Funds while everyone else gets screwed.
