Perhaps they will split into 2 different entities- ILEC as one CLEC as the other and everyone will be happy in Winny world. I for one feel a little better being in the ILEC but still not real confident anyone is OK here.

Our CLEC was fine before the real boat anchor (Windstream) come along.
Nobody cares whether CLEC makes it through anyways- they are boat anchors
