There are major organizational problems with the company, from the E.L.T. to store level. We have mid managers who have little experience and leadership goals that are not clearly defined. Performance evaluations can be spotty - and considering how important they are to determine career growth, the whole process needs to be much better. This and so many other things need to be rectified in order to right a now sinking ship. But I don't see it happening.

I'd love to know what family member will sue another family member? Genuinely interested.
Or is this simply the rumor mill hard at work! Those rumor mills are full of busy little bees!

Look for one family member suing other family members.
