good try .. customers are leaving.. revenue is tanking and the products do not work. OA barely hanging for life. warehouse team is highly toxic and political and screwing around for years
If those scores of people you agressivelly hired didn't use analytics to examine the soundness of the job, perhaps you are paying them too much.
"Scores of people?" Very interesting, considering that they just whacked all the Analytics Sales Specialists (Security, too). The Cloud Platform Reps are now expected to sell Analytics by themselves, along with OCI and PaaS. Most are not equipped. I find this post suspect...
