My BIAS is very Conscious, it isn't with anyone that is of a different race or Religion or hell even Politics, it's about class separation in the Company. We are basically told to don't make waves, become part of the collective and take that Happy Pill. We will take care of you because your important if your in IT or National. Now the rest of you clean up their mess before your laid off.
Our bonus was loosing home garaging this week. We have to leave the vehicle, keys, and lap top at our reporting location, but we can still take our phones home just in case they need us. Greedy crooks.

The only time these executives share a bonus is when they dig deep into the free money they assume they are entitled to! They are so greedy it’s beyond imaginable! They would rather grant themselves additional cash instead of giving out pay raises which is unheard of with this company! Totally unhinged greedy management who is clueless!
