Lol! I remember crazy hair!

The best I've worked for so far - Chuck Gray. Incredibly smart, friendly, and reasonable.
@3rcr - You made your point well. I see zero leadership in "smart mobility." My manager needed seven years to finish a four year degree that I think is in General Studies. He says stuff like "happy wife, happy life" which shows he has no spine. He is in debt up to his eyeballs, proving he has poor financial skills. Yet he thinks he is brilliant!
In all the examples given about the senior management at Ford everyone of them lack "LEADERSHIP".
Lets be honest if HF3/EF/WF2 maybe nice but if they did not have their name on the building where do you think their paperwork would be right now (hear the flush sound)? You wander what happened to our management ranks the past 25 years? i don't care if they are all white males, black males, females long as they are competent and know what they are doing the troops will follow... Nobody seems to care if a sport team is all black or white.. as long as the Win...But Ford lately does not have a good track record for development,, and before you middle management folks start barking at me,, three of the four last CEO's (Farley hired from Toyota) came from the outside. You cannot rush people through the process or there are consequences.
@OP, go back to reading your celebrity gossip magazine.
Most are complete a-holes!
@seh; Agree with your assessment, although Hau is really in a no-win situation, and it is just a matter of time before he his kicked to the curb. Lisa will f— over anybody and everybody to get her way. Mess with her, and she will cut you without notice. Absolutely zero loyalty to anybody who has helped her in her career - a true Ford B–ch...
Raj Nair was known to be "friendly"
I worked with Henry 3 for a time. Nice enough fellow, but when we chatted over coffee once about what we really wanted to do with our lives, I was a little surprised to hear leading Ford wasn't on the top of his priority list. I asked him, why stay? He shared the family said he was going to stay because he was the family's namesake. How sad.
In manufacturing Joe Hinrichs and Gary Johnson but you saw what they did to Joe.
Edsel Ford
Would agree about Henry 3. A couple few years ago I sat in proximity to him. Nice, but we all agreed that if he wasn't a "Ford", likely would of not made the cut, let alone be in charge of anything. Again nice, but we have jobs to do so you have to have a little going on upstairs. Always found it entertaining how there was no shortage of people telling him how great or brilliant he was. Yet so many people working behind the scenes to try to keep things from falling apart too badly. This is the problem with having family members - they are really clueless as to their abilities because so many people lie to their faces.
Henry the 3rd is extremely friendly and completely incompetent.
Kumar from my experience is the most intelligent and decent. Hau and Lisa Drake are truly horrible human beings. They will lie, cheat, and steal as long as it serves themselves. Baumbick is a self dealing sycophant. Could go on but you see a pattern here and why Ford can't ever get their act together. There are usually only one or two truly great leaders at Ford at any given time and then are usually beaten down and eventually kicked out because they are a competency threat to the incompetent.
