I work in a corporate sprint store as a rep. This merger was a HUGE MISTAKE! All new hires are minorities and part time. They haven’t trained sprint reps on T-Mobile at all! They expect a T-Mobile employee to train us till the end of the month in which the last 2 months we haven’t learned anything! which is not even happening because he’s not even here most of the time when customers are in here and we have almost non existing T-Mobile traffic and we’re still referring them to other T-Mobile stores down the street because we don’t know what the f— we’re doing! I only stayed for my commission because I was making almost $25-27hr average with hourly and commission! Now for October it’s just gonna be floor and I have a feeling this is gonna be a scary month! I’m sorry but LMS AND SLX IS NOT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES! T-Mobile is cheap and they are not investing in anything! They don’t care about anyone! It seems like the new minorities are getting better training then existing employees! Human Resources and district and territory directors are PURE LAZY!!! They act like their god when in fact THEY ARE PURE Sh–! I would love to expose them! If someone wants to guide me in the right direction!

Aww, they threw an extra $250 to the Sprint frontline that hasn’t fled yet. Probably not gonna sit well with the TMo side and management.

Last comment obviously posted by an a– kissing employee..... EVERYONE I know still working there hates it, complaining, everything disorganized, promotions all going to minorities regardless of talent and skill. Disaster.
