Does anyone happen to have a copy of Riverbed or OPNETs non-compete agreements they could share?

The OPNETA non-compete was written in pencil
In general you have a 12mth non compete / non solicit of clients and staff - but they cannot stop you working, so if they want to enforce it will cost them 12mths package - likely behaviour for the x employee is act responsibly ... and get a better job elsewhere,
Outside of California, definitely.
Is it legal at all those days?
