EM used to be a company that filled with smart, logical, driven, compassionate individuals.. This forum definitely would not be able to survive this long back in the good old days before the C level start their purchasing streak during 2017…. Management start to get greedy and kept buying, before we hit covid, during 2019, the management kept whining about they never make money…. Worst of all 2020 when covid hits.. they make stupid power point slides to and try to convince us. Ever since scp base started they already lose money … f@rk la… actually is they go lump up everything tgt and say we are losing money.. the funniest thing is why should we suffer from this as worker? We decide what to buy what not to buy?? Those C level make those decisions still getting their bonuses timely while people on the ground still need to wait and wait for stupid performance bonus… what a joke… new bus employee think again before signing the dotted line…

We used to hire the best. Very driven engineers or individuals who will want to learn and get up to speed quickly with our facilities. Then after all the 2020/21 mess, we had to hire the new folks who needed to be hand held, and be told what to do next, step by step.
Now, we even have new hires asking in a LAYOFF forum for bus info.
The future is bright indeed.

May I know if there are company shuttle buses from NE region like Sengkang and Hougang to Jurong Refinery? I do not want to wait till I join to know this info, thanks!
