These are two of the biggest complaints that Belk is currently facing. Are managers (particularly store managers) told to engage in these practices by the higher ups? Why (especially since Sycamore took over) are stores flooded with managers who practice these traits? it is rampant throughout the company, and is “blatant and widespread” according to many associates and even ex managers who have quit in the last year.
