There was a post yesterday that no longer appears to exist. Are these posts getting removed or something?

LOL@eyelashes
Clear your browser cache and change up your vpn. I posted a few times and they must have a bit that deletes things because it would be gone within minutes. So much for “anonymous”
What is this eyelashes thing about?
Whatever you do, don’t mention eyelashes.
There is more than a hundred active forums here, one for every major company in every industry you can possibly imagine. I’m sure every of those companies have assigned someone to monitor it, but that doesn’t stop people to share info and leeks left and right. Cause it’s all they can do - monitor it, as long as you don’t post something illegal or against the web site rules it won’t get pulled. Read the rules, not that hard.
If it was the shirt that got it removed, why don't you repost without that part? If it stays up, you'll know the reason why it was taken down. It was a good post, I'd like to see it back.
Xoff shirts gone for now but will return even better....But in the meantime, how hard is it to fill up at a competitor? It’s so easy!
Handy phone numbers: To cancel your Exxon/Mobil credit card: 800-903-9966. To cancel your Speedpass: 877-696-6245.
1) I was not selling t-shirts! I just stated I designed it and "the shirt said it all"
2) Exxon Law Dept. had the site shut down....so some will take you will take joy in that....Freedom of Artistic Impression and expression censored... Got to love BIG BULLIES!
3) The truth is the truth, no matter how it is covered up!
4) Ethics & XOM Motto = BS...
"At ExxonMobil, it’s not about the numbers; it’s about nobody getting HURT"...by whos definition?
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary
HURT
verb [ I or T ]
- to feel pain in a part of your body, or to injure someone or cause them pain:
Several people were seriously/badly hurt in the platform explosion.
- to cause emotional pain to someone:
They falsely criticized my performance and severely damaged moral of my coworkers and hord working peoples job security, and that hurt.
- —to cause harm or difficulty:
These allegations have seriously hurt her reputation.
The post didn't follow the site rules. It's just the PIP'd employees whining about it. Lord there are so many poor performers commenting stupid stuff on this site.
So sorry exxon didn't give you a participation trophy.
The shirt was funny. I love our people. Exxon is becoming one more mediocre company now that they’ve pushed out so many.
My guess is that the posts probably didn't follow the sites rules so they had to be deleted. Could be wrong though.
I bet the reason was she asked to buy t-shirts, like spam.
I do think they can care less about the content or the hashtags.
They do care about names.
Exxon does not manage this site. They only scan, yell admin admin admin whining to remove posts until they get their way.
Just like the office!
Exxon does not manage this site. You people are pathetic..
Why would it be gone in 24 hours? There was nothing inappropriate in her post. I see company boys are working hard this morning.
This post will be gone in 24 hours if not sooner.
Wow I hope she posts it again. I’m sure someone from xom deleted it because it exposed some of the horrible and unethical things they have been doing to loyal employees. That place is gong to hell in a handbasket faster than anyone thought. It would be interesting to see everyone they threw away end up working together again.
It was a productive post with lots of activity and discussion. Gone now. Think about 3 were removed.
So by adding that hashtag ig gets put on a list of potential posts to-be-deleted? But who is pulling the trigger? Is it thelayoff.com or Exxon?
Time for a a new lay-off site
thelayoff.com/h/delete This is why
Exxon PR department is doing this?
YES entire boards are being removed me. PR is censoring the boards. I hope people talk to the press. They cannot censor everything.
