Be warned they will try and gove you as little as they can. Try and hold out and wait for the courts - be a much better figure. Our teams in the south did and we all got 40% more. Good luck re finding a new company - plenty of great companies in the US.

Hi, former employee here. My state allows PTO pay out, so my package was PTO payout and 2.5 months of pay (dependent on years of service and for reference I was there for 7 years). My insurance ran out by the end of the month. Hope this helps. Trust me, it may not feel like it but getting laid off from OT was the best thing to happen to me. Good luck!
