This company has decided to oversimplify understanding “absolute” talent. And those selected can feel good about themselves “because the company said so”. Is ANYONE surprised the SAME people? 65% performance and then other Corp factors? And reflect on for some reason the employees consistent response in surveys (Inspire and others) that promotions and ratings are not right, at high percentages. Where are we in all these years evaluating THAT consistent data point. And then you use it for a 65% data point. Give me a break. Own up!!
As long as they can quantify then it must be right. Right? But human input is still 65%. And we know how that goes so....more of the same. No surprise. Predictable. Same. And you will get what you get. Don’t let this define you. This company does not deserve that powder. Done and out!
