Macy’s just made corporate employees take a “culture survey” and it was mostly questions about how well they’ve been handling racial discrimination and BLM. They survey was such bs and it was just Macy’s pandering bc all they care about is their public image. We get our news about layoffs and furloughs from the evening news and social media then the pos CEO decides to let their “valued” employees know in a corporate email a week after the news has already broke. Also laying people off before the holidays. Oh and Jeff received a 7 figure bonus as well as his direct reports as he continues to fire people to save money for his own greedy pockets. Everything Macy’s preaches about is to save face. They truly don’t stand behind anything they preach in their bogus town halls and their repetitive use of how their employees come first. It’s all bs.

Just like when we were all on furlough, wondering if we have jobs, and Jeff gives us that in-service on racial sensitivity. His inappropriate responses and lack of empathy in times of uncertainty suggest he may be a stone-cold psychopath.
There were several questions about asking to rate their handling about racial discrimination. PANDERING. Doing what they do best. Their public image is the only thing they care about. They just want to look good and to hell with their employees.
There was no question or mention of BLM
